This Northwest Homegrown Cookbook Series from Graphic Arts Center Publishing Company is very close to my heart, a wonderful opportunity I've had to share the history, stories, recipes, and personalities behind some of the region's hallmark foods. I'd already written a lot about these foods, but was pleasantly surprised by how much more I learned while researching each title, particularly when that research took me out on the road for first hand experiences with this regional bounty.
